1. Bookings & Payments

We may collect the following types of information:

• Driving lessons must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• Full payment (or deposit, if offered) is required to confirm your booking.
• Payments can be made securely online via PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• Lesson prices are listed on our Price List

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
• If your instructor cancels a lesson, we will reschedule at a convenient time or issue a refund.
• Block booking refunds: if you cancel part of a block booking, completed lessons will be charged at the standard single lesson rate.

3. Punctuality

• Learners must be ready at the agreed lesson time and place.
• Instructors will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup point. After this time, the lesson may be forfeited and charged in full.

4. Driving Tests

• Use of the instructor's car for the driving test is subject to the instructor's approval.
• The instructor reserves the right to refuse use of the car if the learner is not considered test-ready.
• Driving test fees charged by the DVSA are the responsibility of the learner and not included in lesson fees.

5. Learner Responsibilities

• Learners must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it on their first lesson.
• Learners must be physically and legally fit to drive (e.g., meeting eyesight requirements).
• Learners must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Lessons will be terminated immediately if this is suspected, and no refund will be given.

6. Instructor Responsibilities

• All instructors are DVSA-approved and will provide professional, safe, and supportive tuition.
• Vehicles used are fully insured, roadworthy, and fitted with dual controls.
• Instructors reserve the right to withdraw tuition if a learner's behaviour is unsafe or abusive.

7. Liability

• Royal Pass Driving School and its instructors are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or claims arising from learners driving outside of official lessons.
• We are not responsible for driving test availability, cancellations, or delays made by the DVSA.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
